Meagan Good was born on on August 8, 1981, was brought up at Panorama City in Los Angeles with her parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager throughout her teen years. The family grew up living in Canyon Country with her three siblings and brothers in California. When she was four years of age she started acting. She appeared as an extra on TV shows including Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. in the beginning of her acting career. In 1995 at 13 she got her first role in the debut film Friday. In 1997, she gained attention for her character in Eve's Bayou as Cisely Batiste who is a troubled teenage girl. The film earned her the debut N.A.A.C.P. nomination for this film. Image Award nomination. Good performed in short films and on television over the following years. She started taking role roles that were more mature as early as the year 2000. The actress played Nina on Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. Between 1998 and 2001 she played in the TV show "Cousin Skeeter". She was also cast in tiny roles in the movies House Party down to the end of the Minute as well as 3 Strikes. She played Vanessa Scott on the 2003 sitcom My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she was a part-time actress in D.E.B.S which was an action-comedy movie which resulted in her being nominated as Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she was in films like You Got Served The Cookout as well as Venom One Missed call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. After a busy 2012 on T.V. as well as in film, she played the role of Mya in the series that starred multiple actors Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Originally from Texas Killmer was an undergraduate at Baylor University in Waco Texas from where she obtained the B.F.A. in 2010. She graduated with a degree in performing art. Her first appearance onscreen was in 2010 in the web series"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer, who had been in numerous local productions prior to her debut on screen in 2010 in Simon Fuller's Hulu show If I Can Dream. The reality series revolved around an ensemble of artists that move into the house of Hollywood California.
